Macmillan Appreciation Event 2018

Recently, Wai Yin volunteers participated in an Macmillan Solutions appreciation event, in a night of fun and positivity, at the Castlefield Rooms, Dukes 92, Manchester. It was a fabulous evening with time to reflect on our collective achievements in 2017 of providing 4,780 hours of support to 549 cancer patients.

 A very big “thank you” to all the visitors who celebrated with us, and staff and volunteers who turned out on Sunday 18th February in Albert Square to assist with Manchester’s Chinese New Year of the Dog celebrations, which raised awareness of  Wai Yin Society’s services among the general public.
