Echo Li Doward

Echo Li-Doward graduated from the University of Salford with an MSc in e-Governance. After graduation, she started work at a Housing Association for local communities.  She has great knowledge and experience in social housing and community based projects. Throughout her time working with the local community, she has become more familiar with Wai Yin and the great work that this organisation does for members of the community.
