Parents’ Wellbeing Group

We have started a parents’ group which will be running for five consecutive weeks on Tuesdays from 10:00 am – 11:30 am.

This group welcomes all Chinese speaking mothers. It will be focusing on the improvement of their well-being, while reducing parental stress with mindfulness activities such as meditation.
