The Wai Yin UK Online Drop-In Centres are conveniently located across our three sites, our city centre site is on the ground floor and has disabled access. They are friendly and active centres that have trained staff who are willing to help you with your needs. By visiting our centre you can improve or learn valuable IT skills that will serve you well for your future.
You can learn at your own pace or get assitance towards your first steps to using ICT, later you can gain formal certificates and qualifications for your career prospects. Guidance and mentoring are available when required.
Our drop-in centres each have more than ten modern up to date Computers with Intel core processors, Windows 7/Windows 10 operating systems and fast fibre optic Internet Connections, equipped with a variety of peripherals such as scanners, webcams, headsets with microphones and printers.
Additionally we have unique software for the Chinese community and multi lingual keyboards to match.
Everyone is welcome to visit our centre and use our ICT facilities. They are free to use for our members, a nominal fee will apply to non-members. Water and Restroom facilities are available.
We have a wide selection of multimedia services such as Laser Printing in both Colour and Black and White. CD-R and DVD recording facilities are available on request for transferring digital photographs or other files onto CD-R or DVD disc.
