We were delighted to receive the Partnership and Collaboration Award, on behalf of and as a key partner, for the Maya Project. A collaborative approach to support Black, Asian, minority ethnic and refugee women and girls in Manchester, dealing with crisis, accessing help and support, developing aspirations and achieving dreams. A big thank you to the key workers at Wai Yin Society: Amy, Woon and Joanna and let’s not forget our unsung heroes, Connie, Lisa Ngan, Anita, Patrick, Ting, other project staff and volunteers who supported the project with home visits, activities and booking arrangement etc.
