Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental health influences how we think, feel, and behave. It affects how we handle stress, build relationships, and make decisions. Yet despite growing awareness, many people still struggle in silence due to stigma or lack of understanding. Wai Yin Bike Library Service

“Your next adventure is just a pedal away.” Following the grand launch of the Wai Yin Bike Library in partnership with the Manchester Dragon Cycling Club in June 2024, we have successfully offered, and will continue to offer, a bike and trike lending service to our local community. April Family & Youth Activity Highlights

One activity to enjoy quality time with your family, and another to challenge yourself through teamwork with others—both April activities offer participants new experiences and opportunities. Reminder: The “Pac Man Live Experience 2” involves running and features loud sound effects in the room. Please consider participants’ health and behavioural conditions before registering. Please consult your children before signing up. If you are interested, please register at 10:00 AM on 1 April. Please scan the QR code on the leaflet to register.
