Women Together Project

The Women Together Project is an exciting new Wai Yin Society project starting in January 2020. The project is for BME women who are economically inactive and it aims to build their confidence, skills and work readiness by involving them in activities which boost their sense of wellbeing and self-esteem.

The project activities are available at our Welcome Centre, in Cheetham Hill, and our headquarters, in the city centre. Activities include art, gardening, Tai Chi and Yoga, as well as a chance to learn new ITC skills in the video making group, improve fitness in the family walking group and be inspired by other women in our tea and confidence workshops.

Women can be referred by contacting Susan Crabb, ETE Project Worker, by email, or calling me on my mobile, 07832 996 498, or the main office number, 01618330377.
