One to one support case work

Client refer from CPNs, social workers, psychiatrists, police, other organisations or self referral.

We provide the follow support for the client:

• Language support.
• Assist health professionals to carry out the psychiatric assessment to clients.
• Assist clients to gain access all kind of benefits, housing support and employment training.
• This will take place at Wai Yin Centre, or staff pay home visit to client’s house, hospital or involved organisation venues.
