Drop in sessions

We welcome anyone who wants to talk about problems affecting their mental health or who is feeling stress to come in and talk to our Mental Health Team staff during our weekly drop-in sessions. Drop-In sessions are held every Monday and Friday.

Monday    11:00 am – 12:00 noon
Friday       11:00 am – 1:00 pm

The Friday Drop In Activities consists of:

  • Sewing
  • Cookery
  • Movies
  • Games
  • Arts and craft
