The Wai Yin UK Online/Learn Direct Link Venue and Drop-In is conveniently located in the city centre and Chinatown. It is a friendly and active centre that has trained staff who are willing to help you with your needs. By visiting our centre you can improve or learn valuable IT skills that will serve you well for your future. You can learn at your own pace or enrol on a variety of Learn Direct courses to gain formal certificates and qualifications for your career prospects. Guidance and mentoring throughout the courses are available when required, provided by our Learn Direct Support worker who can assess your skills and advise you on the best course of action.

Our first floor drop-in is currently home to a suite of 12 PC's with Internet Connection and equipped with a variety of peripherals such as scanners, webcams, headsets with microphones and printers.

Additionally we have unique software for the Chinese community and multi lingual keyboards to match.

Everyone is welcome to visit our centre and use our IT facilities. They are free to use for our members, a nominal fee will apply to non-members. Water and Restroom facilities are available.

We have a wide selection of multimedia services such as Laser and Inkjet Printing in both Colour and Black and White. CD-R recording facilities are available on request for transferring digital photographs or other files onto CD-R disc.
