  • 1:45 – 2:15 (8) Cleaning
  • 2:15 – 2:40 (9) Premise design
  • 2:40 – 3:30 (10) Managing safety
  • 3:30 – 4:00 Revision
  • 4:00 – 5:30‏ Examination (30 multiple choice questions)
