Rooms are available for hire at our main Headquarters, the Sheung Lok Centre and the Learning Centre.

(Charitable organisations are entitled to 25% discount)

1. Rooms should be booked through the Centre Administrative Staff.
2. Room bookings are subject to availability. Wai Yin services take priority.
3. Invoices will be issued no later than 7 days prior to room usage. A non-refundable 25% deposit payable to reserve the room booking. Full payment of receiving the invoice must be made within 28 days.
4. Booking must be made at least 14 days in advance.
5. The hours of hire are 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. The rooms must be cleared by 5:30 pm. Evening and weekend is by arrangement only.
6. Prices include tea and coffee. Other drinks and foods will be charged as extra. Chinese lunches are available upon request. Please contact us for more information.
7. No alcohol allowed on any of the premises.
8. Evening rates at Head Quarters and Learning Centre by arrangement.
