4CT
4CT is a voluntary organisation that works in partnership with a range of voluntary and statutory agencies to improve the quality of life for residents of Manchester.
4CT Limited is the name of the new company formed by the successful merger of three local community groups from the areas of Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw.
4CT has financially supported the development of our Youth Project. We have regular meetings to monitor the development of the Youth Project of Wai Yin. |

Adactus Housing Association
Adactus Housing Association is in partnership with Wai Yin Chinese Women Society and Arawak Housing Association to run the Employment Outreach Project to ethnic minority groups in Manchester. |

BEN (Black Environment Network)
BEN is established to promote equality of opportunity with respect to ethnic communities in the preservation protection and development of the environment.
BEN gives on-going support to Wai Yin especially the Women's group and the Elderly group to organize free visits to parks and historical museums. BEN also introduce Wai Yin to other environment organizations. |

Groundwork Manchester
Groundwork works with its partners to improve the quality of the local environment, the lives of local people and the success of local economies in areas in need of investment and support. Their work embraces urban regeneration, land reclamation, youth work, education, employment programmes, business support and community development work.
Groundwork Manchester has given valuable support to Wai Yin’s Sheung Lok Chinese Elderly Luncheon Club for the plan of setting up a Chinese garden and a Chinese vegetable garden. |

The Wai Yin Chinese Women Society is franchised by MAES to run a wide range of adult education courses such as ESOL, IT skills and interest based courses to the community in Manchester. |

Manchester City Council
Manchester City Council's Central Grant Trust funds Wai Yin's general running and management cost.
The Carers Grants of Manchester City Council funds our Elderly Carers Project, Mental Health Carers Project, and the Young Carers Project.
The Sheung Lok Chinese Elderly Luncheon Club is leasing a venue from the Manchester City Council to provide Luncheon Club service to Chinese elderly members.
The Linkworker Project of Manchester City Council provide twice a week's free welfare advice service to Chinese community at Wai Yin. |

Manchester Social Service
The Development Unit of Manchester Social Services provide excellent support to Wai Yin by offering a series of free training programmes to Wai Yin's staff.
They also fund our Kwai Wai Project and subsidise part of the running cost of our Elderly Luncheon Club. |

Manchester Youth Services partly fund the running of our Youth Project. |

MCIN
The Manchester Community Information Network (MCIN) is a community development organization, specializing in ICT. They enable hard-to-reach groups and local communities to access all the benefits that ICT has to offer.
Wai Yin is one of the partners of the NLDC funded project led by Manchester Community Information Network. |

Min Quan
Min Quan is a non-profit charitable organisation that provides support, education and resources to the UK Chinese community. In particular Min Quan has expertise in race relations and helping victims of racism. Min Quan is a branch of The Monitoring Group.
The Min Quan in partnership with the Wai Yin Chinese Women Society to set up an office at Wai Yin to deliver an Anti-Racist project in the North West of the UK. |

NCUK provides programmes to prepare international students for study outside their home country.
NCUK has been in partnership with Wai Yin to provide students placements as well as volunteering opportunities for overseas students at Wai Yin. |

The Monitoring Group
The Monitoring Group is a charitable organisation providing assistance and support to victims of racial harassment, and domestic violence. Min Quan is one of their branch and Wai Yin is in partnership with The Monitoring Group Min Quan to set up an office for the worker to deliver anti-racist service for North West of UK. |

Third Sector Enterprise (3SE)
3SE is a specialist support agency for social enterprise whose aim is to develop a significant, vibrant social enterprise sector that contributes to the wealth and well being of the whole community.
They provide excellent and on-going support to the Management Team of Wai Yin to develop marketing strategy, business plans, and action planning to all projects. |

Tung Sing Housing Association
Tung Sing was founded in 1984 by a group of Chinese professionals in the Manchester area who wanted to redress the disadvantages of the Chinese community in obtaining good quality housing at affordable rent levels. It was the first registered Chinese housing association in Britain.
In partnership with Tung Sing, Wai Yin provides venue for Tung Sing to run monthly Tenancy Support surgery at Wai Yin. Tung Sing also has supported Wai Yin to have completed renovation work of the Sheung Lok Chinese Elderly Luncheon Club in September 2006. |

In the partnership with the School of Law, Probono Group of University of Manchester, Wai Yin has set up a free Legal Advice service to the Chinese community. |

VAM (Voluntary Action Manchester)
VAM has given on-going support to Wai Yin particularly on capacity building training activities. The IMPACT fund is managed by VAM. |

Workers Education Association
Some of Wai Yin's adult education courses especially interest base courses such as ballroom dancing and Tai Chi are supported by Workers Education Association. |
